IMPACT DREAMS LITE REACHES OVER 100 YOUNG WOMEN WITH LIFE CHANGING HEALTH SERVICES

In a groundbreaking achievement, the IMPACT DREAMS LITE project provided essential health services to 104 Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW). These 104 individuals collectively accessed a total of 265 health services of HIV testing, Cervical cancer screening, and sexually transmitted infections (STI) screening. Additionally, some received HIV self-test kits, PrEP, male condoms, Sayana for contraceptive method and accessed family planning support, demonstrating the breadth and impact of this initiative.

IMPACT DREAMS LITE, a Malawi AIDS Counseling and Resource Organisation (MACRO) initiative funded through the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), focuses on improving health outcomes for priority populations. By offering services such as PrEP distribution, HIV testing, condom access, and cervical cancer screenings, the project targets adolescent girls, young women, and their male partners with tailored life-saving interventions.

This holistic approach ensures that vulnerable groups in Malawi receive the support they need, empowering them with tools for better health. IMPACT DREAMS LITE continues to lead the way in closing healthcare gaps and transforming lives across communities.
