MACRO TRAINS STAFF ON INNOVATIVE M&E PLATFORM TO REVOLUTIONISE PROGRAMME REPORTING

In a pivotal step toward enhancing programme monitoring, learning and reporting, the Malawi AIDS Counselling and Resource Organisation (MACRO) hosted a comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) training from 18th to 22nd November, 2024 in Salima. The training focused on introducing the READY+ M&E system, unveiled the cutting-edge Wanda platform, a web-based database designed for seamless data collection, visualisation and management across both computers and mobile devices.

With the Wanda platform at its core, the training empowered participants to dive deep into the READY+ programme’s framework. Attendees gained a knack in understanding indicator definitions, navigating the M&E framework, and efficiently entering, analysing and sharing data via the Wanda system.

As MACRO continues to lead in leveraging technology for social impact, this initiative underscores its commitment to enhancing operational efficiency and driving data-informed decision-making for Malawi’s health and development programs.
